The answer is “it depends.” That's because you can only hop to a park that hasn't yet reached capacity. If a park is at its full capacity, you cannot park hop there. The good news is that there's a way to check if a park is at full capacity BEFORE you make the trip to it.
Even if you're visiting during busy times of the year when the park might reach capacity, you'll be able to come and go to that park as you please throughout the day, even if it's currently closed to Guests who are Park Hopping from another location.
