How to transfer from terminal 1 to Terminal 4 at Changi Airport?

Terminal 4 is not connected to the structure and requires a bus to move around, but is still airside. The buses run every 10-13 minutes, going from Terminal 1 (Gate C21) to T3 Arrivals to T4.
