Walk or Bike 30AAll of 30A is designed to be walked or biked! Not only is this convenient, but walking and biking along the fun shops and restaurants is an activity in and of itself. We love renting bikes and going along the Timpoochee Trail.

Rosemary Beach was designed to be walkable. Created by the same firm that designed neighboring Seaside, the town deemphasizes driving in favor of pathways built for strolling. Scenic Highway 30A's most visually striking community features architecture influenced by the brilliant-white, traditional homes of Bermuda. When complete, the 158-acre resort town of Alys Beach will be twice the size of nearby Seaside and will consist of some 900 custom villas and courtyard homes.
The beach was so crowded that you literally had maybe one foot between you and the stranger next door. Everyone is very nice and cordial, just know you will have zero space. The umbrella rentals are pretty steep, so be prepared. It's a lovely beach but it's way past capacity for spring break.
