Is 5 nights in Tokyo enough?

Traveling between neighborhoods on the Tokyo subway alone will take up a good chunk of your time. While I understand that some people may not have as much time to play with, one or two days simply won't do Tokyo justice. If you have the flexibility, then I think a 5-day Tokyo itinerary is ideal.
