Sort of depends on your 4 year old. AK has lots to do; Safari, River Journey, Bugs Life, lots of animals to look at. Epcot also has stuff but it isn't really designed for toddlers. The Pavilions all have something suitable, Frozen and Ratatouille are great but not much else in the world showcase.

epcot is dated and boring. suits more adults than kids overall and I can imagine even the new frozen ride will be a huge let down and massively packed for hours queuing. animal Kingdom has a lot of kid friendly things to do like the shows, animals (obviously) and some good rides and experiences.
