Hands down, we thought Avatar Flight of Passage was the best ride at Animal Kingdom — heck, it is definitely the best ride at Walt Disney World! It is no surprise this made it to the top of the list for our best rides at Disney for teens too! (Although we haven't had a chance to visit Galaxy's Edge yet.)

A good investment, you save a couple hours for around $14. Flight of Passage really took me on a journey. I'd go back to Animal Kingdom just for this ride.
Disney's Animal Kingdom has recently welcomed a new addition to the park, the long anticipated Pandora – the World of Avatar. Replacing Camp Minnie-Mickey, Pandora – the World of Avatar is a $500m (€446m, £386m) immersive land inspired by James Cameron's 2009 Academy Award-winning blockbuster.
Spanning 12 acres (4.9 ha), Pandora – The World of Avatar includes two major attractions, Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'vi River Journey, as well as retail and dining outlets.
Each moment of the ride film is layered with so many details that you'll see something new every time. The ride experience lasts 4 minutes and is very smooth. Many (but not all) riders who have problems with motion sickness on screen-based rides report that they are able to ride Flight of Passage.
Flight of Passage has a Standby Lane and a Lightning Lane. There is no Single Rider Line. The standby lanes for Flight of Passage are the lowest first thing in the morning and sometimes at the end of the evening. The majority of the day you will find long lines at this attraction.
I think Pandora deserves the hype it gets because of how unique the land is, but I still think Africa and Asia are themed just as well. Those lands also have a lot to offer, so I'm afraid I have to disagree with fans who believe it's better than the rest of the park, but I can see the value of adding Pandora.
