Whether your blush is considered a "liquid" by the TSA depends entirely on its consistency. Liquid and cream blushes are strictly categorized as liquids, gels, or aerosols and must comply with the 3-1-1 rule. This means the container must be 3.4 ounces (100ml) or less, and it must be placed inside your single quart-sized, clear plastic bag along with your other toiletries. However, powder blush (both pressed and loose) is not considered a liquid and does not need to go in your liquids bag. While powder makeup is generally unrestricted, the TSA may subject containers of powder larger than 12 ounces to additional screening at the checkpoint.
