Is Caesars aquarium free?

Fall of Atlantis and Aquarium attractions, Caesars Palace Forum Shopping Mall. Hardly mentioned on TripAdvisor but plenty of photos I see, at the far end of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace are the Fall of Atlantis and Aquarium free attractions. They are definitely worth a visit.
