But we think row 10 seats are the best seats. They are extra room seats not extra legroom . On this flight was easy to get to the toilet . On long haul they are right next to premium so not aloud to use them so a long walk back but you don't have people queuing in front of you so better for sleeping.

Best seats in the Premium cabin are definitely Row 1 A/C or G/J where you will have loads of extra legroom and no difficulty getting in and out of your window seat. (just flown recently myself in Row 1 )There is no restricted view from seats in premium cabin except Row 7 A/C which does not have a window.

Both islands are very much the same, however I would say Boa Vista a lot less developed. I first visited Sal in 2007 and again in 2016 and it hasn't changed and I'd say will be the same story with both islands in another 10 years. We did island tours on both islands and much more enjoyed Sal on the whole.

The best time to visit Cape Verde is between November and June, during the dry season when the weather is warm and sunny. Cape Verde has a very dry tropical climate with low rainfall and lots of sunshine year round.
