Can I purchase a membership to The Centurion® Lounge? We do not currently offer memberships. Access is only available to eligible Platinum Card Members, Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members, Centurion Members, and eligible guests.
The Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card is one of the fastest and easiest ways to gain access to the Delta Sky Club. Cardholders gain complimentary access to Sky Club Lounges when traveling on a Delta-marketed or operated flight. Cardholders also get two one-time guest passes each year.
The Centurion Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the best Centurion lounge in the United States. It offers the best amenities of the lounges. The most obvious distinguishing factor is the spa, in which you can receive complimentary 15-minute treatments such as a chair massage or manicures.

Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Basic and Additional Card Members receive complimentary access to The Centurion Lounge when flying on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight. The eligible flight must be booked on a U.S. issued American Express charge or credit Card.
To enter a Centurion Lounge, you must present your eligible Amex card, a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel and your government-issued identification. You may be able to use the Amex mobile app for mobile check-in instead of showing your physical card.
