In my opinion, absolutely. Soarin' has been our favorite ride in Epcot for a while. They have a few new really exciting rides. But Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind was by far the best one.

You then have an hour to arrive at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. When you arrive at the attraction, you can expect to have a short wait in a physical queue. In my personal experience, we have typically waited 20 minutes or less.
Guests are limited to one ride per day on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind using the Virtual Queue during regular park hours. This allows as many people as possible an opportunity to ride. Unlike the Tilt-A-Whirl or the Teacups, the spinning isn't constant — but there's enough of it that if those rides give you motion sickness, you should be prepared that you might have some with Cosmic Rewind.
If you select a Lightning Lane through the Disney Genie and the return time is more than 2 hours after the current time and after park open, then after 2 hours you can go in and select your next Lightning Lane even though you have not redeemed your first one.
Can Genie+ sell out? Yes.It can. Although it isn't common, we've seen it happen a few times during busier times of the year (like over the holidays and Spring Break).
On most rides you can either place the backpack on the ride car floor, behind and between your legs, and you will be just fine. I did this all last week with a string backpack and had no problems. I even rode on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind with the bag, and no issues!
While it's fast, Cosmic Rewind has a super smooth track and a rotating ride vehicle that doesn't make it feel like you are going too fast. While we *know* it's got some speed (check out the hair flying in the picture!), it doesn't feel like an incredibly scary attraction from this point of view.
So what's the new most expensive roller coaster in the world? The new top spot goes to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind located in EPCOT. According to Bloomberg, this ride cost a whopping $500 MILLION to build!
