Of course it's worth it, it is a wonderful Park for little ones ( everyone really, it is our favourite Park :) Animal Kingdom is made for a 4 year old! Sort of depends on your 4 year old. AK has lots to do; Safari, River Journey, Bugs Life, lots of animals to look at. Epcot also has stuff but it isn't really designed for toddlers. The Pavilions all have something suitable, Frozen and Ratatouille are great but not much else in the world showcase.

My vote would be Animal Kingdom. I agree that after the young kids rides at Hollywood Studios, we were done. I too would say AK. It has Dinoland which has some fun rides, and its where we got TONS of pics with Mickey and Minnie and all the other characters.

Animal Kingdom rarely stays open past 8PM and on average is the Walt Disney World park with the earliest closing time. A lot of this has to do with the fact that Animal Kingdom is home to many different animals that require care.
