Is Disney World safe from storm?

This is something we have seen proven with hurricane Dorian, hurricane Irma, hurricane Mattew, and many other tropical storms. Walt Disney World Resort as a whole is actually one of the safest places to be if you ever find yourself in Central Florida during a hurricane.

Some parks are better to visit on rainy days than others. At EPCOT, the only attraction that would close due to weather is Test Track. Disneyland in the Rain Park Operations Disneyland Resort is open rain or shine and many guests still make it to the parks during the rain because they don't want to miss out on their vacation time. There are a few attractions that will close during rain, but many remain open and Genie+ still works in the rain too.

The fireworks are never fully cancelled if they were set by the pyro CM's, but can be severely delayed. If there's a ton of rain or very high winds then fireworks can be postponed for hours. It doesn't happen too often, but it does happen.
