Is Disneyland free on 3rd birthday?

My fellow planDisney panelists and I recently inquired with the Walt Disney World Resort about this same question. While Cast Members at Disney Parks are unlikely to inquire about age, any Guest ages three or older must have a ticket for the theme park.
