Not only are the crowds fairly low at WDW in January, but so are the temperatures! Low crowds, low temperatures (if you're not a fan of the summertime Florida heat), and a fun-filled EPCOT festival make this month a truly amazing time to visit WDW.

January, February, August, and September (excluding holiday weeks) are historically the least crowded. If you can avoid the busy holiday weekends, this time of year typically sees some of the lowest crowds. January and February have the best weather.

If you are able to walk past all of the tempting pavilions, (what willpower!) your trip around World Showcase is about 1.3 miles. Sooo, considering the fact that you may have strollers and other obstacles in your way, I would allow 30 minutes just to be safe.
