Is Epcot one day or two days?

We spend more time at EPCOT than any other theme park at Walt Disney World, and would even recommend that some adults do 1.5 or even 2 days at EPCOT. Now that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure are both open, there's a lot more of substance to do in the park.

In 2026, deciding between one or two days for EPCOT depends on whether you are an "attraction-seeker" or a "culture-stroller." For most, EPCOT is a two-day park if you want to experience both the high-tech rides of World Discovery and the 11 pavilions of the World Showcase without exhaustion. One day is enough to hit the "Big Three" (Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and Frozen Ever After) if you use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, but you would likely have to rush through the food, drink, and entertainment of the World Showcase. Dedicating two days allows you to spend one day focusing on the "front" of the park and the major rides, and a second day "Drinking (or Eating) Around the World," watching the acrobats in China, the drums in Japan, and exploring the intricate galleries and shops that make the pavilions so immersive. With the 2026 additions and the park's massive physical footprint, a two-day pace ensures you won't miss the "hidden" details that define the EPCOT experience.
