Is fast track worth it at FCO?

Absolutely worth the €5 if there is a line. I just flew in to FCO and waited 60 minutes in line at customs. A couple ahead of us bought the Fast Track pass on their phone while waiting in line. When they showed it to a customs official, he took them out of the line and directed them to an EU line that was empty.
