Is Harry Potter World toddler friendly?

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Babies and toddlers will be too young to appreciate it fully, but I think they'd still enjoy all the magical touches that bring Hogsmeade to life. There's a wand choosing experience at Ollivanders that you can do with a baby/toddler.
