Is Hollywood Blvd safe to walk?

Most tourist areas are safe for families such as Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and West LA. It is of course recommended that visitors apply common sense and remain aware of their belongings in crowded tourist sites such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

If you walk on Santa Monica Blvd. you'll walk past West Hollywood's action. Just be sure to have a good map with you. If you get lost or tired, get directions back to Santa Monica Blvd, Wilshire Blvd (or Sunset, as recommended above) and get a bus back to Hollywood.
