Is Ice Castles Utah worth it?

Worth a visit! The ice castles are very neat to see in person and definitely worth visiting at least once, especially at night. I can't recommend multiple visits because the admission price is costly (especially for a large family) and it's out of the way.

At night, once the sun has set, LED lights illuminate Ice Castles from within as you experience the majestic creations under the stars. If you're hoping to experience Ice Castles both during the day and at night we recommend purchasing a ticket with an arrival time just before sunset.

Warm clothes including coats, hats, and gloves are best. Snow pants are recommended for all guests, especially if you're planning on riding the slides and crawling through tunnels. In terms of footwear, winter boots are best.

Will there be a restroom at Ice Castles? Each Ice Castles location is equipped with portable restroom facilities just outside of the entrance/exit to Ice Castles. If you need to exit the Castle briefly to use the restroom, please notify a crew member so they know to let you back in when you return.
