Is it better to cross Peace Bridge or Rainbow Bridge?

The Rainbow bridge can be hit or miss (as far as traffic is concerned), and The Peace Bridge, except for rare occasions, is usually quieter. If you know for a fact that the Rainbow bridge is clear, I would use it to go back to the US. The right lane offers some pretty impressive views of the falls.
