Is it easy to travel from Maui to Oahu?

The only way to travel between these two islands is via an airline or interisland cruise line. There is a car ferry that runs between Maui and Lanai; this is the only car ferry service in the Islands. The flight services between the islands are relatively inexpensive and are short; most flights are 40–55 minutes or so.
