Security shouldn't take more than 10 - 20 minutes but please do factor in time for unexpected events (delays in transport etc). Many long haul flights from T5 depart from B and now C gates in the satellite terminal buildings.

The 482 and 490 services take about 15 minutes to trundle along from T5 to T4. If time is very short, take a taxi. The walk from T5 Arrivals to the HEX platforms isn't a long one nor is the walk at T4 but again if you miss a train at T5 or at Heathrow Central then you'll lose minutes you might need.
