Is it worth going to Disneyland Paris for the day?

It has the fairytale castle, classic characters, and plenty of rides and attractions. Walt Disney Studios Park is much smaller and is one of Disney's weaker parks. But it has a couple of excellent rides and is home to the new Marvel Avengers Campus, so it's worth visiting both parks on a day visit.

A day trip to Disneyland Paris is definitely worth it, especially if you are already staying in central Paris. The resort is located just 45 minutes away via the RER A train, making it one of the easiest Disney parks in the world to access. While the resort consists of two parks—Parc Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios—you can see the "heavy hitters" of both in a single day if you arrive at "rope drop" and stay until the fireworks. In 2026, the resort features unique attractions like Ratatouille: The Adventure and the stunning Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant, which is widely considered the most beautiful Disney castle. While two days is ideal for a more relaxed pace, a one-day "Park Hopper" ticket allows you to experience the magic without the high cost of a multi-day hotel stay.
