Hollywood Studios is a great park with really good theming and rides. The galaxies edge area is great with the Rise of the Resistance ride being a brilliant experience. We also love the toy story area. We did experience quite a few ride breakdowns in this park.

A full day to take in everything would be best. Make sure you get fast passes for the rides that usually have the longest wait times, like toy story ride, rockin roller coaster, and tower of terror....all great rides not to be missed. All the shows are great, so you can't go wrong with any you choose.
Epcot is a lot more relaxed, theres a few good rides but there is the world showcase for you to explore there is also fireworks every night . I would go for HS but it would be very close. If Pixar is important definitely Hollywood Studios.
