I would say that Lufthansa would be marginally better than Delta but you may not notice that much of a difference in Economy - if the choice is between a Delta flight using FF miles or paying cash on Lufthansa then I'd probably stick with Delta although using FF miles for an economy seat isn't always the best use of ...
However the A380 is more comfortable (much quieter), Lufthansa economy gives free alcohol and better food, has better flight attendants, takes care of its customers better if something goes wrong, and the Lufthansa Terminal in MUC is nice.
