Rapunzel and Tiana at Princess Fairytale Hall is a character meet-and-greet in Fantasyland® Area at Magic Kingdom® Park. Guests may remain in their wheelchair/ECV.
At EPCOT, Anna and Elsa have their own meet-and-greet location at the Royal Sommerhus in the Norway pavilion. You wait in one line and then meet both of them separately.

Disney announced at Destination D23 that Moana's Journey of Water will open on Oct 16, 2023! Moana will also be coming to World Nature for a character meet-and-greet with guests in her dedicated space near Journey of Water.
