Is New York a luxurious city?

New York ranks behind Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong and London, according to the bank's 2023 Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report, but ahead of Monaco and Dubai. It has risen six places since last year - when it ranked in 11th in the world for luxury living.
