Then I stumbled on this carry on from a brand I already know and own several other bags of. Osprey is well-known for making extremely reliable backpacking bags that can take an abuse. And Osprey also has a well-known Warranty that they honor. It doesn't matter where you obtained the bag, how old it is, or why it broke.
