Is Palma Nova affected by all-inclusive?

Palmanova isn't affected on the whole, only hotels in Magaluf, and a couple on the Torrenova which is the headland between the two resorts. Hi. What hotel are you staying. PN there are no local restriction but if your hotel is in Torrenova or Magaluf there are some parts restricted.
