Is parking free after 8PM at Carolina Beach?

Town-operated parking is open year round and paid parking is enforced March 1st - October 31st from 9AM - 8PM and November 1st - December 31st from 9AM - 5PM. Parking fees restart each morning during enforcement hours for all of the Town's parking lots and on-street parking spaces.
