Is Princess better than Celebrity?

In general we prefer Princess over Celebrity. Some of the reasons are the ship layout and designs, also we find the entertainment to be better on Princess. The food quality, in our opinion, is the same. I agree having sommelier to help choose wines at dinner is a big plus.
