We stayed at the Sentosa Resort & Spa and it had two nice quiet beaches. If you don't mind the hassle of changing hotels, it's quite a lovely break to stay in sentosa.

These beaches are artificial and cut off from the ocean by dykes, so you won't find too many waves! But what they do offer is the possibility to enjoy some sports, such as volleyball, football, cycling, skating and kayak. The beaches are well kitted out, with toilets, showers, lockers and even wireless internet.

You'll find that the monorail and cable car stations drop you close to the majority of Sentosa's main attractions. A free beach shuttle also operates between the sandy Palawan, Tanjong and Siloso beaches along the island's southwest coast.
