Post times if you have them. Clearly it is the Skyliner. The Skyliner is ongoing and you barely have to wait. For the Friendship boats, you may have to wait up to 20 minutes, so I would say the Skyliner is definitely quicker to get from Hollywood Studios to Epcot.

As a general rule of thumb, EPCOT is the best Disney park for adults as it has some of the most thrilling rides in Walt Disney World including Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, Test Track and Soarin. EPCOT is also known to have some of the best restaurants on Disney property.
You now can only park hop AFTER 2PM.So you'll have to wait until well after lunchtime if you're planning on visiting another park. However, this rule is different for Annual Passholders.
Beginning January 9, 2024, guests with a ticket with Park Hopper benefits or an Annual Pass will be able to once again visit another Walt Disney World theme park at ANY TIME OF DAY during park hours. The best combination for first-timers is EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Park. Both are quintessential Disney experiences in my opinion. Epcot is a great park to walk and enjoy the World Showcase and the countries that are represented. Magic Kingdom has all the nostalgic vibes for me.
