Is the Hop on Hop off bus a good way to see Athens?

The hop on hop off bus service was excellent. We bought the 2 day pass and used it to get around Athens and to the beaches as they cover 3 different routes. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend this enough as a way to see all the major historic sights around Athens.
