Galveston is getting its fourth Carnival Cruise Line ship, which will begin sailing by the fall of next year. The fourth ship, Carnival Miracle, will move from San Francisco to Galveston on Oct. 1, 2024. It will offer a series of 19 cruises beginning 15 days later, the company announced this week in a news release.
