Walk through the parking lot in Terminal 1 to the Promenade des Anglais then look for the bus stop, and don't forget to flag the bus down or it might not stop. Bus #12 comes by every 15 minutes or so, and will take you to the Promenade hotels, Place Masséna, and the Old Town, ending at Place Garibaldi.
