Is the Stelvio Pass one way?

Now it's fixed: In summer 2023, a one-way system will be introduced on the Stelvio Pass. The administration of the National Park and the governments of the three bordering regions South Tyrol, Lombardy and Grisons have reached an agreement after long negotiations – „Stelvio 2023“ is finally becoming reality.
