Is the water at Golden Nugget free?

If you pay the resort fee you are entitled to two (2) free bottles of water and free wi-fi. Woohoo..... I am in the wireless industry, and in this world of technology, hotels that charge for WiFi are few and far between. Golden Nugget needs to get with the times and offer free Wi-Fi with your stay.
