Is the water in Cabo rough?

The beaches on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas and in a few places along the Corridor tend to have very rough waters and strong rip tides and are not so safe for swimming, but the views are spectacular! A number of beaches are also excellent spots for surfing.
