An artist has erected a mini version of the Eiffel Tower next to the original landmark. Dubbed Eiffela, the replica is about 1/10th the Eiffel Tower's height of 1083 feet. The baby Eiffel Tower is made of 3,900 large pieces and 9,000 smaller metallic pieces, according to Yahoo.
