Is there free transportation to Disney Springs?

Disney Springs – Frequently Asked Questions If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, we encourage you to use our complimentary bus and water transportation to Disney Springs. From Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, a pedestrian bridge lets you walk directly to Disney Springs Marketplace.

Yes, Walt Disney World provides complimentary transportation to Disney Springs for all guests, regardless of whether they are staying at a Disney Resort hotel. The primary method is the Disney Bus Service, which runs from every Disney-owned resort directly to the Disney Springs Town Center bus station. For guests staying at "Sassagoula River" resorts—such as Port Orleans Riverside, French Quarter, Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs—there is also free water taxi (boat) service that drops you off at the Marketplace or The Landing docks. If you are a local or staying off-site, you can use the free transportation between the four main theme parks and the resorts, and then transfer to a Disney Springs bus. Notably, there is no direct bus from the theme parks to Disney Springs after 4:00 PM to prevent people from using the Disney Springs parking lots as "free" parking for the parks. However, once you are at Disney Springs, the transportation back to any Disney resort is always free and runs until approximately one hour after the district closes.
