Yes it is very safe to walk to and from the Disneyland park at night. The street and sidewalks are very well lit and there are always several people out and about coming and going from Disneyland.

Overall, I find the area around Disneyland to be safe for families visiting the resort. After traveling as a single mom for years to this area I have never had any concerns about my safety. When my son was small I did utilize the ART bus more often as an extra precaution at night.
