Each ride vehicle has 21 seats with 7 guests per row. An aisle separates the first two rows, 4 guests to the left and 3 to the right. Guests in the second two rows will have to walk up 1 or 2 steps to board. Each seat has a hard back and a fabric safety belt.

From February 6, 2022 through June 25, 2022, the Echo drop shaft was under maintenance, leading to Alpha and Bravo being closed and the attraction operating at half capacity. As you'd expect, wait times roughly doubled during the maintenance. All four lift elevators and both drop shafts reopened on June 26, 2022.

Local TV news WFTV initially reported that Reedy Creek Fire Department had been called to rescue guests stuck on the Twilight Tower of Terror ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios. According to the report, 28 guests were stuck on the ride for 45 minutes.
