Winner: Turkish Airlines. Both airlines are known for excellent service, but few would argue that Turkish Airlines is the winner in this category. Lufthansa used to offer more benefits behind the curtain (and still offers a friendly product), but recent cutbacks mean it loses accolades in this category.
