Is Wadi Rum included in Jordan Pass?

The Jordan Pass provides you with hassle-free entry to over 40 of Jordan's tourist attractions including Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum, and much more. The Pass also includes the cost of your tourist entry visa.

Yes, Wadi Rum is officially included in the Jordan Pass in 2026. The Jordan Pass is a comprehensive tourism package that waives the tourist entry visa fee (provided you stay at least three nights) and grants free entry to over 40 attractions. By presenting your digital or printed Jordan Pass at the Wadi Rum Visitor Centre, your entrance fee is fully covered. However, it is a critical "pro-tip" to remember that the pass only covers the entry to the protected area; it does not include the cost of 4x4 desert tours, camel rides, or overnight stays in luxury "martian" camps. These activities must be booked and paid for separately through local bedouin cooperatives or tour operators. The pass is a high-value tool for travelers, as combining the costs of the visa, Petra entry, and Wadi Rum entry already exceeds the base price of the pass, effectively making other sites like Jerash and the Amman Citadel "free."

Wadi Rum is also about a day's worth of touring, and because of the desert heat it is better to be able to get an early start.
