Winter Wonderland as such is free to enter so you can see it all at your leisure, eat and drink. You have to pay for rides and for half a dozen or so experiences such as shows, ice bar, big wheel and ice skating.

During "Standard" and "Peak" times (weekends and evenings closer to Christmas), entry fees generally range from £5 to £7.50 per person. However, there is a popular "spend-to-get-free" incentive: if you pre-book £25 worth of attractions, rides, or food packages, your entry fee is waived. Even for "free" time slots, you must book a ticket online in advance to manage capacity, as walk-ups are rarely permitted. Once inside, walking around to soak up the atmosphere and visit the Christmas markets is free, but almost every activity, from the Giant Wheel to the Magical Ice Kingdom, requires a separate paid ticket.
