Is Zion Subway same as Narrows?

You basically follow a small wash along an open canyon bottom with little shade until you get to the actual Subway section. The Narrows is mostly shaded due to the towering but narrow canyon walls. I would say the Narrows would be the more enjoyable choice in June.
