Should I stay in Fukuoka or Hiroshima?

I suggest 3 days in Hakata (Fukuoka). Hakata has so many such restaurants and the seafood is just amazing there. Hakata is much larger than Hiroshima, so naturally, it has more neighborhoods to wander around. Also, people-watching is more interesting as Hakata is busier than Hiroshima.
