Should I take a taxi or Uber from Lisbon Airport?

We are often asked what's the best way to get around Lisbon. Obviously public transport is the greener option but if choosing between a regular Taxi or an Uber, we always take an Uber in Lisbon. Lisbon Taxis are plentiful, many of them are old Mercedes in a distinctive cream colour or black cars with a green roof.
